The existing timber dado should be carefully dismantled, such that the wall behind may be rendered with a sacrificial render; Undertake investigation to the nave wall cracking to the arch render, and to the western external buttress, prior to any further works; and Clean and enlarge existing sub floor vents where feasible; provide horizontal floor vents to the new elevated composite floors, and provide new sub floor vents to the vestry wall. |
